To that end, we have established the following Shipping Policy to provide clarity on our delivery processes and options. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

Standard Delivery (3 to 5 Business Days)

All in-stock items purchased from Serene Paws will be mailed out within three to five business days from the date of purchase. We offer doorstep courier delivery at a flat rate of $5. For orders totalling $120 or more, we are pleased to offer complimentary delivery. Our goal is to deliver your items as swiftly and efficiently as possible.

Combined Orders: Preorder and In-Stock Items

If your order includes both preorder and in-stock items, please be advised that the entire order will be shipped once the preorder items have arrived. Should you wish to receive the in-stock items first, we recommend placing a separate order for those items to ensure timely delivery.
